Join speakers from AWS, Zoom and Atlassian to hear how their organizations are working more closely together from both a technological and philosophical perspective – and what you can learn from that experience.

  • Build and Transform: Future-Ready Foundations in a Fast-Paced World

    Traditional IT leadership has evolved. In the digital age, the lines between roles and responsibilities have become blurred: IT, data and operations are now viewed as a single transformation engine, driving automation, intelligence and adaptability across every part of the business. So how do you bring order to a potentially chaotic transformation agenda, and build a technology foundation that’s fit for the future?

  • Each group will have a discussion outline and five questions inspired by real-life challenges and/or opportunities from the community. We suggest no more than 10 attendees per group (fewer is better, as we want everyone to share experiences and insights). One moderator. Moderators are there to open and guide the discussion. Outcomes will be recorded and reported back in a post-event report.

  • Following the breakout discussions, an opportunity to share the learnings from each group – and start the process of creating a community roadmap for 2026. What came out of those discussions? Where do the shared challenges lie? And what does emerging best practice look like when it comes to solving them? The ideas exchange is an opportunity to set the community learning agenda for the rest of the year.

  • The future is bright. But breaking free of legacy systems, mindsets, and ways of working remains the biggest blocker to true transformation success. So where can we take inspiration from? Who is doing this well? What did they do differently in order to effect meaningful change? And what can we learn from those experiences? Because we all need a little inspiration sometimes.
