Digital Delegates – Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Commitment to You
  • GDS will provide an interactive and immersive digital summit environment, only open to the invited and registered attendees and solution providers, including 9 hours of exclusive content, and peer roundtables
  • GDS will provide a private summit hub for your personalized schedule and agenda, access to all the sessions in recordings in the days after the summit, as well as information on all the other attendees and companies for your use
  • GDS will arrange a mutually agreed number of meetings for you to attend at the summit, based on your mutual interests and data driven GDS insights. Please note that meeting schedules may be altered where necessary. GDS will work to develop the best possible meeting selections for you based on your priorities and interests. GDS staff will work with you so that you shall have ample preparation for all discussion points and prompt notice of any last-minute changes.
  • You may request appointments with specific companies and individuals, and GDS will attempt to schedule those meetings without guaranteeing them. We reserve the right to determine the theme, scope and content of meetings, workshops and speeches to be held during the summit and to vary the program and/or its content as deemed necessary.
  • By confirming your attendance with the below signature, GDS will activate your membership of GDS Explore, our exclusive membership portal where you gain access to curated insights, keynotes from thought leaders and idea-generating content to support your business acceleration
  • Should the event be cancelled for reasons or circumstances beyond GDS’s control, GDS hereby reserves the right to reschedule the digital summit upon written notice to you. Every effort must be made to attend rescheduled dates, if you are unable to attend for whatever reason written notice must be provided within 48h of rescheduled notice.
  1. VIP Delegate Commitment
  • You agree to attend the digital summit as an invited executive and to your pre-selected itinerary of content sessions, roundtables, workshops and participate in a set number of meetings. These will be pre-confirmed and pre-assigned 30-minute meetings. You agree to participate in any of the workshops, roundtables, or other activities stipulated in the above terms.
  • You agree to complete your full attendee profile within 2 weeks of receiving the link to do so by your dedicated Executive Success Manager
  • Only named and pre-registered delegates may join the forum.
  • Official forum hours are as follows: Live Content from the Studio: 9.00am to 12:30 pm each day. Meetings: Slots between 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM depending on individual schedules. All European events are scheduled in GMT/BST. All North American events scheduled in EST/EDT.
  • By confirming your attendance with the below signature, GDS maintains the right to use the data provided by you and associate your name and organization to the GDS Group summit. In making this agreement you provide consent for GDS to share your details with other attendees and sponsoring partners pre, during or post event to facilitate the best possible experience, and most valuable meetings and roundtables based on similar interests.
  • It is a requirement for your attendance that at the time of the digital summit you are employed for the company specified as per the declarations below. If this is not the case, you must inform GDS in advance of the summit.
  1. Digital recording
  • Delegates who do not wish to be recorded should advise the organizers by email to delegates@gdsgroup.com prior to the event.
  1. Speakers Terms & Conditions
  • GDS may use the speaker’s name and presentation materials for promoting digital forum.
  • Presentations including all associated artwork and illustrations will not be returned unless specifically requested by the author.
  • GDS may audio and/or video tape the speaker’s session and the recording may be reproduced as part of the overall conference materials
  • GDS may reproduce copies of the speaker’s presentation (eg. PowerPoint slides or supporting materials) and these may be shared as part of the overall hand-out materials during the digital conference and after the event. Any acknowledgement regarding Copyright or support should be included at the end of the abstract/presentation, as these will be distributed to the conference delegates.
  • Speakers who do not wish to give permission for the above terms and conditions, please email delegates@gdsgroup.com before the commencement of the forum.
  • Views expressed by speakers are their own. GDS cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.
  1. Substitution and Cancellation
  • Participation in GDS Summits is free of charge & by invitation only. GDS has invited you specifically and has prepared a bespoke agenda for your requirements. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal, cancellations must be received in writing and a replacement will be requested, you have 72 hours to confirm replacement. GDS will only accept replacement delegates of equal or senior standing from within your organization, and from a department that is relevant to the summit program and theme. Any delegate substitutions must be approved by GDS in advance of the summit.
  1. General
  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without regard to the conflicts of law provisions of such a state. The undersigned by signing this form hereby agrees and submits him/herself to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and New York state courts located in or having jurisdiction over Nassau County, New York. The undersigned hereby states that it will accept service of process by certified mail addressed to the undersigned at his/her place of business or by any manner permitted by the laws of the state of New York.
  • By signing this agreement, I agree that I have read the above terms and conditions and am authorized to make this commitment on behalf of my company.
