Mission Tracks: The Catalyst
Track 1: The Skills-Based Organisation: Rebuilding Talent Architecture Around Capabilities, Not Job Titles
As organisations look to become more agile and future-ready, many are moving toward skills-based talent models. Yet while skills taxonomies, AI-enabled platforms and workforce planning tools are gaining momentum, many initiatives still struggle to move beyond design into day-to-day decision-making.
This mission track will explore how HR leaders can build a skills-based organisation that works in practice, connecting skills data across hiring, internal mobility, learning, workforce planning and progression. Delegates will examine the technology, governance, cultural change and business case needed to turn skills into a measurable strategic asset.
Track 2: AI Governance, Ethics and the Future of Human-AI Work: How CHROs Are Managing the Most Consequential Technology Decision of Their Careers
As AI becomes embedded across hiring, performance, promotion and workforce planning, CHROs are facing growing pressure to govern its use responsibly while still enabling productivity and innovation. The challenge is no longer simply whether to adopt AI, but how to ensure it is fair, explainable, legally defensible and trusted by the workforce.
This mission track will explore the CHRO’s role in governing AI across the employee lifecycle, from managing bias and regulatory exposure to assessing workforce impact and preparing employees for human-AI collaboration. Delegates will examine how to balance efficiency with human agency, build AI literacy and create ethical transition plans where roles are disrupted or displaced.
Track 3: Workforce Intelligence as a Real-Time Strategic Operating System: From People Analytics to Predictive Organisational Decision-Making
As workforce decisions become more complex and data-driven, CHROs are under pressure to move beyond static reporting and build a real-time intelligence layer that can support faster, more predictive organisational decisions. Yet many enterprises are still held back by fragmented HR systems, inconsistent data and limited trust in people analytics.
This mission track will explore how HR leaders can connect workforce data across HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll and engagement platforms, while building the governance and capability needed to turn insight into action. Delegates will examine what it takes to move from descriptive dashboards to predictive models, give business leaders usable intelligence, and protect employee trust as data use becomes more advanced.
Track 4: Total Rewards Reinvention: Competing for Global Talent in an Era of Pay Transparency, Generational Diversity and AI-Driven Compensation Benchmarking
As pay transparency, shifting employee expectations and AI-enabled benchmarking reshape the rewards landscape, CHROs are under pressure to build total rewards strategies that are competitive, equitable and globally sustainable. The challenge is no longer just setting compensation, but managing fairness, trust and differentiation across a diverse workforce.
This mission track will explore how HR leaders can respond to pay transparency legislation, internal equity pressures and rising competition for AI-era talent. Delegates will examine how to design rewards and benefits for five generations, use compensation technology responsibly, and connect total rewards more clearly to the employee value proposition and talent brand.

The CHRO as Chief Organisational Architect: Redefining the HR Mandate for an AI-Disrupted World
As AI reshapes work, workforce risk and organisational performance, the CHRO mandate is expanding far beyond traditional HR leadership. Today’s most influential people leaders are being asked to operate as technology governors, culture architects, risk leaders and growth enablers, while building stronger influence across the C-suite and board.
This keynote will explore how the CHRO role is being redefined in an AI-disrupted world, where decisions about skills, structure, culture, technology and workforce strategy are becoming central to enterprise performance. It will examine why the traditional HR operating model is no longer enough, and what CHROs must do to lead with greater strategic authority as technology, finance and operations increasingly shape the people agenda.
