Scaling AI without losing control

AI adoption is accelerating across media, sports and gaming, from production pipelines and VFX to broadcasting, player analytics and fan engagement. But as individual teams adopt their own tools, organizations are struggling with fragmented spend, redundant technology and limited visibility into what AI is actually costing. Against declining linear TV revenues, rising sports rights costs and pressure for streaming profitability, uncontrolled AI experimentation can quickly become another source of financial, regulatory and operational risk.

The challenge is balancing broad AI enablement with enterprise control. Leaders need governance frameworks spanning model oversight, policy and data accountability, while also managing unfamiliar cost structures such as token-based pricing, variable compute and ongoing model maintenance. As agentic AI expands, those costs can become even less predictable. Organizations must also determine where proprietary AI creates genuine competitive advantage, such as content, recommendations or fan experiences, and where buying established technology makes more sense.

Join AWS and a select group of your peers as we explore how to move AI from experimentation to sustainable enterprise adoption. We’ll discuss gaining visibility and control over AI spend, building governance without slowing innovation, making smarter build-versus-buy decisions, and overcoming the barriers preventing successful pilots from reaching production.
