Roundtable

Driving AI Adoption and Managing Change Across Your Organization

October 20, 2026 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EST
Data-driven.
People first.
Executive Engagement.

AI experimentation has become commonplace across organizations. Teams are using AI to write, analyse, research, automate and accelerate everyday tasks, and many businesses have accumulated a growing collection of successful pilots. Yet turning those individual successes into widespread, sustained adoption remains a challenge.
The technology is often not the biggest barrier. The harder questions are human and organizational: How do you build confidence among employees who are uncertain about what AI means for their role? How do you move beyond a small group of enthusiastic early adopters? And how do leaders create an environment where experimenting with new ways of working becomes part of the culture rather than another short-lived initiative?
This roundtable will bring together ISV leaders to explore the practical realities of driving AI adoption across an organization. We will discuss how roles and responsibilities are evolving, how teams are being supported through that change, and what separates organizations that successfully embed AI from those that remain stuck in perpetual experimentation.
We will also explore the leadership challenge — from deciding who owns adoption to creating effective executive sponsorship and accountability — alongside the question of measurement. As AI becomes embedded in everyday work, how should organizations demonstrate its impact beyond hours saved?
Join AWS and a select group of your peers as we explore how organizations can move beyond AI experimentation, build confidence across their teams, and turn promising pilots into meaningful, sustained change.
