Merkle is a market leader in the customer experience management domain with offices in the US, EMEA and APAC.  

Situation  

Merkle EMEA partnered with GDS to increase its brand awareness in the DACH region, an area where the company’s services were less known compared to the rest of Europe. 

Challenge  

Penetrating the DACH region and targeting decision-makers in the right roles to obtain sales conversions. 

Result 

  • Utilizing GDS Groups’ specialist audience acquisition team, Merkle were able to actively engage 118 senior decision makers at companies directly relevant to their customer profile.  
  • 100% of the prospects generated by GDS are new contacts for Merkle with 80% being new business opportunities 
  • Conversions and deals secured as a direct result of event experiences  
  • More experiences lined up for the coming year
